Traffic Office Level 2 NVQ

This NVQ is intended for employees that work with in the Traffic Office / Goods-in Goods-out operating environment. The trainee will first enrol onto the programme and complete a training needs analysis and an initial assessment of their numeracy and literacy skills. The learner will then enrol onto a fully funded Level 2 NVQ in Traffic Office.
Assessment for a Level 2 NVQ to prove occupational competence takes place at regular intervals at your convenience. Assessment is carried out in the workplace so there is no lost time.
Comprehensive Training
Including:
- Funded through the Train to Gain LSC initiative, training delivered at no cost to the employer
- Full Traffic Office Level 2 NVQ including:
- Modules on efficient planning, routing and scheduling of loads, allocating resources and preparing quotations
- Also includes Health and Safety, delivering customer service and contributing to effective working relationships.
- Assessment in your workplace
- Flexible delivery
- IAR at the start, middle and end of the training
- Optional Skills for life training and learning to prepare candidates for National Tests in Numeracy and Literacy at Level 1 and 2.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be:
- Aged 19+
- Fully employed (contracted)
- Not already achieved a full Level 2 qualification
- Not in possession of 5 or more GCSE's grade A-C
