Road Passenger Vehicle Driving NVQ Level 2
Course Content:
Units include health and safety in the work environment, safe and efficient driving practices, customer service, dealing effectively with difficult passengers, dealing with emergencies during a journey, transporting children and young persons, and providing a service for passengers who require assistance.
Candidates are expected to be working in one of the above areas. On commencing this qualification candidates must hold, or be eligible to hold, all required licences as driving a vehicle is an essential requirement of this NVQ.
