About Us
N-Gaged Training and Recruitment Ltd are based in Longwell Green, Bristol. We are located adjacent to the A4174 Bristol ring road and are situated on the DSA test route, just a few blocks away from the test centre itself. This prime location allows our students more driving time on the test route which will aid course success rates.
Our fully equipped training headquarters have air conditioned classrooms, full Wi-Fi capability and state of the art audio visual technology to assist our instructors in delivering the highest standard of training possible. Located on site we have both indoor and outdoor private areas for driver training purposes and our fleet of vehicles are prepared to deliver a first class training experience.
All of our Instructors and Assessors are qualified to create and deliver tailored learning packages with their PTTLS (Preparing to teach in lifelong learning sector) qualification, and are A1 Assessors in NVQ’s (QCF's). All of our Instructors have a minimum of 15 years experience in the logistics industry. Our team is led by our Director of Training, Martyn Goldsworthy. Martyn has over 25 years experience in the logistics and construction training industry and he is renowned for supplying quality training solutions with impeccable customer service. Martyn is qualified as an Internal Verifier for City & Guilds, OCR, Edexcel and the CAA (Construction Awards Alliance) along with numerous other training qualifications, and has worked closely with Skills for Logistics in writing training material which is now widely used throughout the industry.
